What the form sends.
When you send the form, we store your name, company (optional), email, subject and message, along with the domain, page and language of the website where you wrote. This information is used only to reply to you.contato@flts.com.br
What we count about visits.
Each page you open records the page, the language, the domain you came from, campaign parameters (UTM) and a daily code calculated from your IP address and browser, which cannot be used to recover the IP. The IP is used only in memory, for up to 1 hour, to limit repeated submissions and excessive visits, and is not recorded anywhere. This information shows which pages are visited and where visits come from. The website does not use cookies.contato@flts.com.br
Where it is kept and for how long.
Messages and visits are kept in smartPlatform, Fastlane's internal system. Messages are kept for 24 months; visits for 13 months, after which only monthly totals remain.contato@flts.com.br
External services.
The location link opens Google Maps. That service and the provider that hosts this website may process technical access data under their own policies. The website does not include third-party analytics or advertising tools.contato@flts.com.br
